REGISTRATION INFORMATION

NOTE:

1. Registration fees entitle participants to attend all Sessions, Exhibitions, Coffee Breaks & Lunch, and receive CME certificates.
2. Registration fee for Gala Dinner on November 25, 2022 is USD 50. It is recommended that you register in advance because the space for Gala dinner is limited to 500 seats.
3. Registration fee for Pre-congress workshop on November 24, 2022 is USD 50/workshop (limited to 40 persons/workshop).
4. Please note that online pre-registration is required for participants who wish to receive their diploma in Hernia Essentials (if completed all 3 components) at the Convocation Ceremony during the APHS 2022 congress.

B. CANCELLATION POLICY 

1. Delegates may receive a refund for cancellation request made by October 25, 2022 at 23:59 (GMT+7) with a deduction of USD 100 for administrative fee.
2. No refund will be granted for cancellation after October 25, 2022.
